Overview Dashboard
The Overview Dashboard is your performance summary page that shows how well you and your organization are doing with audits, inspections, and issue management over the last 30 days. Think of it as your “report card” that updates automatically.
What You’ll See on the Dashboard
1. Completion Rate (The Two Doughnut Charts)
My Tasks
- Shows your personal completion percentage
- Combines how well you complete scheduled reports and handle assigned issues
- Color coding: Green (good), Yellow (needs improvement), Red (requires attention)
Company Average
- Shows how your entire organization is performing
- Uses the same calculation but includes all users in your company
- Helps you see if you’re performing above or below your colleagues
How it’s calculated:
- 60% based on completing your scheduled audits/inspections on time
- 20% based on how efficiently you handle issue assignments
- 20% based on resolving issues within the expected timeframe
2. Completion by Type (The Three Progress Bars)
Schedules
- Shows how well you complete your assigned audits and inspections
- Based purely on scheduled vs completed reports
- This is the “report completion” part of your overall score
Issues
- Shows how effectively you handle issue resolution
- Includes both resolving issues and not creating unnecessary issues
- This is the “issue management” part of your overall score
LMS (Learning Management System)
- Currently shows 0% (this feature is coming soon)
- Will track your training and course completion progress
3. Completion Over Time (The Weekly Bar Chart)
My Tasks vs Overall
- Shows your weekly performance (teal bars) compared to company average (orange bars)
- Displays the last 4 weeks of data
- Helps you see if you’re improving or declining over time
- Each bar represents the same health score calculation for that specific week
Key Features
Automatic Refresh
- Data updates automatically when you open the Overview page
- Shows performance for the “rolling” last 30 days (always current)
- No need to manually refresh unless you want the very latest data
Manual Refresh Button
- Located in the top-right corner
- Shows the last update time
- Click to get the most recent data immediately
- Useful when you’ve just completed tasks and want to see updated scores
Offline Mode
- When your device is offline, the dashboard shows your last downloaded data
- Refresh button is disabled when offline
- Data will update once you’re back online
- You can still view your previous performance metrics
Understanding Your Scores
Performance Levels
- Green (Above 50%): You’re doing well, keep it up!
- Yellow (21-50%): Room for improvement, focus on completing tasks on time
- Red (20% and below): Needs immediate attention, prioritize outstanding tasks
What Affects Your Score
Positive Impact:
- Completing scheduled audits/inspections on time
- Resolving issues quickly
- Following up on assigned tasks
- Consistent daily performance
Negative Impact:
- Missing scheduled report deadlines
- Leaving issues unresolved for long periods
- Creating reports that generate many issues (indicates quality problems)
- Irregular work patterns
Comparison with Peers
- Your scores are compared with similar organizations in your industry
- The dashboard shows if you’re performing above or below industry peers
- This helps you understand if your performance is competitive
Time Period and Filters
What’s Included
- Time Range: Always the last 30 days (updates daily)
- Your Organization: Only includes data from your company
- Your Tasks: “My Tasks” shows only items assigned to you
- Active Data: Only includes current, active sites, users, and departments
What’s Not Included
- Data older than 30 days
- Inactive or deleted records
- Tasks from other organizations
- Test or draft data
