Mobile App: Report Listing & Download

The Mobile Report Listing & Download feature provides mobile users with access to their completed audit reports directly from the Nimbly mobile application. Users can filter, group, and download reports in Excel and PDF formats for viewing or sharing.

Core Workflows

1. Access Reports List

  1. Open the Nimbly mobile app and log in
  2. Tap Reports from the navigation bar or home screen
  3. View the Reports List Screen with quick filters, search bar, and group options

2. Filter and Group Reports

Quick Date Filters:

  • Select Today, Last 7 Days, or Last 30 Days
  • Use custom date range for specific periods

Group Reports:

  • Group by None: Flat list view (default)
  • Group by Auditor: Reports grouped by auditor name
  • Group by Location: Reports grouped by site/location

Advanced Filtering:

  1. Tap the filter icon (top right)
  2. Select criteria: Auditor, Location, Date Range
  3. Tap Apply to update the list

3. Download Reports

  1. Locate the report in the list
  2. Tap the download icon on the report card
  3. Choose Download when prompted
  4. Access downloaded file from device’s download manager
  5. Open report in Excel viewer or compatible app

Note: Downloaded Excel reports contain clickable links to view attached media (images/videos).
